Studying can be a lot of fun if you make choices that fit your learning style and personality. Here is a list of ideas that may help parents and students throughout the school year. Feel free to add your own ideas to this list!

- Make flashcards
- Make up a self-test
- Make up a game
- Write a song or poem
- Outline or highlight notes
- Act it out
- Reread your textbook
- Ask for extra work
- Use graded test to study from (correct mistakes)
- Fix mistakes on your graded homework assignments
- Write facts over and over again to help you remember them

- Draw pictures to help you remember ideas

- “Chunk” studying to rest without stress – break it up into smaller pieces and study a small amount until you know it well
