TESTING DATES: T.B.D. in March
WEEK OF PSSA TESTING:
• Maintain a consistent bed-time throughout the week allowing for a minimum of 8 hours rest
• Ensure proper nutrition each morning with a healthy breakfast prior to coming to school – limit skipping of any meals or excess sugar and junk food
• Encourage a minimum of 30 minutes daily activity after school for improved brain function
• Discuss and review helpful testing strategies and the importance of putting forth 100% effort on these tests in a non-stressful manner
