Transcripts

A transcript contains information about the student's academic record. All courses and final grades from 9th grade through 12th grade are listed on the transcript. The number of credits earned, the cumulative grade point average, and class rank are also listed on this document.

Students who are applying to college or applying for scholarships may be required to submit an official transcript with their application. An "official" transcript is sent directly from Donegal High School and contains the school seal and the counselor's signature.

To request an official transcript be sent to another institution, students should complete a "Transcript Request Form" in the Guidance Office. For current students, there is no fee for current student transcript requests.

For past DHS graduates, to request a copy of your transcript to be sent to a college, university or potential employer, please contact Mrs. Maag at (717) 492-1209 or fax your request to (717) 492-1242.

(Please Note!  For students graduating prior to 2011 we request a fee of $2.00 per transcript to assist in defraying the cost of mailings.  Cash or checks made payable to "Donegal High School" and mail to:  "Attn: Counseling Office" 1025 Koser Road, Mount Joy, PA 17552)

Current students may also request a copy of their unofficial transcript (no school seal or signature) for their own personal use when completing information (GPA, rank, etc.) on college applications.
