Welcome to the Donegal School District website!  We are pleased that you are taking the time to discover the multitude of programs offered for our students as well as their varied achievements.  Donegal School District staff is working together to insure that our students have a quality learning environment as well as rigorous academic instruction. We invite you to explore our schools and our family-oriented communities.

We have been working together to insure that every child gains the education he/she needs to be successful in our ever-changing world.  In the recent past, the elementary staff has met the challenge of implementing a rigorous mathematics program and our secondary math teachers are ready to begin a new program this year.  We are excited about the potential of our students and our entire staff is working together to extend their learning in all subject areas.

Success has also come in extracurricular areas.  Drama productions include many of our secondary students and the community enjoys the talents of both the actors as well as the efforts of our stage crews and technicians.  Athletic teams had a banner year and earned a P.I.A.A. State Championship in girls’ soccer, Lancaster League Championships in field hockey, softball, and baseball, and several of our track athletes were P.I.A.A. state medalists.  Several middle school students, under the direction of our technology department, placed 9^th in the nation in the Formula 1 competition.  The Marching Band continues to compete successfully in the Atlantic Coast Conference.  These are only a few of the accomplishments of our students.

We believe that Donegal School District, with the ongoing support of our community, will continue to offer the personalized education that is our hallmark.
