Mr. Andrew Sparmblack - Assistant Principal

Educational Background:

I began my career in education at Northern Lebanon Middle/High School where I taught Applied Biology/Chemistry 1 and 2, Academic Biology, and a section of Middle School Life Science.  In addition, to my academic responsibilities, I coached Middle School boys' soccer and Varsity High School girls' soccer for the district.  After three wonderful years at Northern Lebanon,  I decided to get a bit closer to home and I accepted a position at Warwick High School.
During my nine years at Warwick High School, I taught a variety of classes.  These consisted of all levels of tenth grade biology, AP biology, and Introduction to Genetics.  In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I coached MS boys and girls soccer as their assistant coach.
In February, after twelve years as a high school biology teacher, I accepted a position as Donegal Middle School's Assistant Principal.  Almost immediately after starting at DMS, I began to integrate a student and staff technology sharing program called Donegal Docs.  After serving the Donegal School District as both an Assistant Principal at DMS and at Riverview Elementary, I now serve the students of Donegal School District as the Assistant Principal for Donegal Junior High School.  My experiences as an administrator have been wonderful.  Every day is a great day when I see both student and staff members enter the building.  It warms my heart to see the students of Donegal School District working hard to achieve success!
